Please refer to the respective measurements stated in the size charts under "PRODUCT DETAILS" for each design. Do take note that the measurements are taken when the product is laid flat.

After completing your order*, we will take approximately 1-2 business days to process your order.
After which, your parcel will be dispatched to our courier partner.
*Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next business day.

Our courier partner will deliver your parcel within the following time frame:
Standard Courier: Within 2-5 business days upon dispatch. SGD3.00 per order or free for local orders above SGD80.
Express Courier: Within 1-2 business days upon dispatch. SGD6.00 per order.
Yes, we do! Rates are calculated upon checkout.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to restricted areas such as army camps. We also do not deliver to hotels or off-shore islands.
Delivery hours are from Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
One free re-delivery will be offered for local orders (Singapore) shipped via Standard or Express Courier. Should the re-delivery be unsuccessful, the parcel(s) will be returned to us.

We will contact you should we receive any bounced parcel(s) or notification of unsuccessful delivery. A subsequent re-delivery charge will be applicable for all bounced parcels to be couriered out again and this charge will be fully borne by the customer.

- Exchanges / returns are not permissible for items that were purchased on sale or at a discounted rate (if a discount code was applied to the order).
- All exchanges/returns must be highlighted to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Returned parcels have to be mailed out within 3 business days upon receiving confirmation from our customer care team. Please select a delivery method that provides a tracking number for returned parcels. We will not be held liable if the returned parcel is lost in transit.
- Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with their tags intact.

We do not accept exchanges or returns for a change of mind.

If you have purchased an item in the wrong size and would like to make an exchange for the same item in another size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

If the desired size is still in stock, we will entertain a one-for-one exchange. All postage charges to and fro will be borne by you.

If the desired size is no longer in stock, you may return the item to us for the equivalent amount in store credit. All postage charges to return the item to us will be borne by you.
We apologise for sending you a defective item!

Please email us at with your order number, name of the defective item, and a photograph of the defect. We will assess the condition and will get back to you as soon as possible.

Do take note that all defective items have to be highlighted to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Postage will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective. Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with their tags intact. A replacement will be provided for your defective item. However, if a replacement is no longer in stock, a store credit will be provided.

Please take note that the following do not constitute defects:
- The actual measurements vary from stated measurements by 0.5" - 0.75".
- The placement of prints for printed fabric is different from that which has been pictured.
- The colour of the item received has a slight variance from that which has been pictured.
- There are slight imperfections (e.g. loose thread(s), small stains/dots... etc.) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item.
We endeavour to process all returned parcels within 14 business days from the date of our receipt. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
Unfortunately, we do not offer cash refunds. In the event that an exchange is not possible due to stock availability, we will issue a store credit voucher.
We do not reimburse return delivery charges.

When checking out, enter your store credit voucher code in the "Discount" field and click the arrow on the right to apply. The total payable amount will be updated accordingly once the store credit voucher has been successfully applied.
At the moment, store credit vouchers do not have an expiry date :)
Yes, each store credit voucher can only be applied to a single transaction. Any balance amount will be forfeited.
Check to ensure the following:
1. You have keyed the voucher code in correctly.
2. You have not utilised the voucher code for another order.
3. You have not applied another discount code to the order.
